A maximum of 10 tickets per customer can be booked per game in the online ticket shop. Deviating from this, EHC Red Bull München may set a different limit on tickets per customer for certain matches. Admission to the Olympic Ice Stadium on match days usually takes place 90 minutes before the start of the game, season ticket holders receive admission 1 hour 45 minutes before the start of the game.
There is a ban on bags larger than A4 (29.7cm x 21cm). Umbrellas are also not allowed to be taken into the stadium. A drop-off station on the stadium forecourt is offered for a fee.
Tickets for the home games of EHC Red Bull München are also printed tickets for all public transport of the Munich Transport Association (MVV). Long-distance trains are not included. The ticket is valid for travel on the respective match day (0:01 a.m. - 11:59 p.m.). Please note that only the ticket is valid as a ticket and not the invoice. In the case of a booking by print@home, the printed tickets can also be used as a ticket. Mobile tickets on the smartphone are not valid as tickets and must be presented as a printed print@home variant in order to use the MVV. The print@home ticket is only valid as a ticket for the person who has been personalized for the respective ticket.

Vouchers can be purchased at the EHC Red Bull München Fanstore (to the right of the main entrance of the Olympic Ice Stadium). Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The booking of tickets in our online ticket shop is secured by SSL encryption. This is usually recognizable to you by the Internet address beginning with "https://". The "s" is the identifier for the SSL encryption of the data, directly from the call of the ticket online shop.
Your telephone number is used for the purpose of notification by our customer service in the event that unexpected problems arise with your booking (e.g. incorrect address details, postal returns, etc.).
Customers who have already registered can log in to the homepage of the online ticket shop using the fields provided for this purpose.
Registration for new customers is part of the booking process. After you have selected your desired cards, you will be taken to the registration page. Please enter your customer data here to register in the online ticket shop. When entering your data, please note that the fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in completely and correctly, otherwise no successful booking of the tickets can be guaranteed.
In the shopping cart, you can create a delivery address that differs from the billing address if you want to send the tickets to a different address. Please do not enter a post office box or a post office packing station as a different delivery address. You can continue by pressing the button "Continue to shipping and payment method".
To select a discount, please click on the full price selection field on the right after selecting the place in the shopping cart and select your corresponding discount, if you are eligible. Please note that discounts are only available upon presentation of valid proof. By clicking on the field with the shopping cart at the bottom right, you confirm your choice of seat.
After completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. In addition, after successful ticket booking, you can view and print out your invoice via "Print confirmation". If you lose your tickets on the day of the match, you have the option of having them reprinted at our ticket deposit and cancelling the previously purchased tickets. The ticket deposit is located to the left of the season ticket and VIP entrance and opens 2 hours before the start of the match. Please have the booking confirmation and your photo ID ready as proof.
The guest blocks (standing room) are blocks S and T. These can be purchased via the usual booking channels.

Accepted payment methods in the online ticket shop are credit cards, SEPA direct debit, giropay and PayPal.
Mastercard, VISA and American Express are accepted for payment of the booked tickets.
Credit Card Check Digit:
By entering the credit card check digit, the security standard for your ticket booking is increased even further.
The card check digit contains the last three digits of the numbers in the signature field on the back of the credit card for VISA and the last three digits next to the signature field for Mastercard. In the case of American Express, it is the 4-digit number printed on the front, right or left side of your credit card.
SEPA direct debit:
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you only give us a one-time direct debit authorization for your current account. In the last 5 days before a match, the payment method SEPA direct debit is no longer available.
With giropay, we provide you with another convenient and secure way to pay for your desired tickets. You pay simply, quickly and securely via online transfer in the online banking of your bank or savings bank.
To make the payment, log in to PayPal and confirm the payment. Your bank details or credit card number are stored in your PayPal account and the data will not be transferred during payment.
Shipping, print@home, mobile ticket
After successful booking, your tickets will be sent to you by post or print@home, depending on the shipping method chosen. For postal delivery, we charge you a flat rate of 4.90 euros. There is no fee for print@home / mobile ticket.
The tickets will be sent promptly after the order has been placed. If your tickets booked online with the shipping method "shipping fee" do not arrive on time, please contact us immediately by e-mail with your name and invoice number at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +49 89 / 3066910 0 (at local rate // Mon - Fri 09:00 - 18:00). This also applies to bookings made by print@home if you have not received an e-mail to your specified e-mail address or cannot open it.
Delivery takes place at the latest within 7 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after the conclusion of the contract.
For the home games of EHC Red Bull Munich you have the possibility to order your tickets with the shipping method print@home (with credit card, giropay and PayPal even until shortly before the start of the game). Once the ticket has been booked, you will automatically receive an e-mail and can then easily print out your tickets yourself at home. You also have the option of calling up and printing your print@home ticket in your service area of the online ticket shop. Please make sure that your print@home ticket is printed in DINA4 format in good quality. This will help you avoid problems with scanning the ticket at the entrance controls.
If you book with the "Mobile Ticket" shipping method, you will receive your invoice, the ATGB and your ticket(s) as a PDF file. At the same time, the tickets are displayed in the confirmation email as QR barcodes, which must be stored in a corresponding mobile phone app (Passbook). Booking via "Mobile Ticket" is usually possible up to 15 minutes before the start of the game by credit card, giropay or PayPal. To save your mobile ticket in the Passbook, please click on the link next to the QR barcode. For Android smartphones, a Passbook app, such as the free app "Pass2U", must be installed. For iOS devices, the ticket is stored in the Wallet or Passbook. The invoice is not valid as an admission ticket!
Ticket deposit/pick-up checkout: The Ticket Center serves as a pick-up ticket office at the Olympic Ice Stadium for home games. The Ticket Center is located next to the season ticket entrance and is only open on match day from 2 hours before Bullydrop. Please note that deposited tickets cannot be picked up at the office, but only at the Ticket Center on the day of the match.

Secondary market for sellers

The prerequisite is that you have purchased the season ticket to be offered with your customer data yourself from EHC Red Bull Munich.
As soon as the RBM has approved the secondary market, the seats for the corresponding match will appear in your My Account area of the RBM TicketShop under the "My Tickets" tab.
The season ticket can then be released for resale for the game via the slider behind the individual seat. As soon as the regulator has been operated, please enter your bank details for later crediting.
If the bank details are entered correctly, the offer can be published.
From this point on, the ticket will be visible in the RBM TicketShop and can be purchased as a day ticket. As soon as the ticket has found a buyer, the first buyer will receive an email about the successful sale of the ticket. A withdrawal of the offer is then no longer possible.
The proceeds of the sale will automatically be transferred from EHC Red Bull München to the bank account you have specified. This can take up to a month.
A withdrawal of the offer is possible as long as your offered ticket for the single game has not yet been reserved or sold.
As soon as a successful sale has taken place, you will receive an email that a new buyer has been found. At the same time, your ticket for this single match will be cancelled/invalidated.
Season ticket holders can offer their ticket via the RBM TicketShop if they cannot or do not want to use it.
The prerequisite for this is always that you have purchased the season ticket via your RBM customer data and that you are aware of it so that you can log in.
For example, day tickets, tickets from the guest area, free tickets, VIP tickets as well as standing room tickets for non-sold-out games and tickets already purchased via the secondary market cannot be offered. In addition, you can only offer your season ticket for a maximum of 15 games on the secondary market.
Secondary market for buyers
