General Information

  • Admission on match days is usually 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the match.
  • Season ticket holders are admitted 1 hour 45 minutes before the start of the match.
  • Bags larger than A4 (29.7cm x 21 cm) are prohibited.
  • Umbrellas may also not be taken into the stadium.
  • There will be a drop-off station in front of the stadium.
  • Tickets for the home games of EHC Red Bull München also include a ticket for all public transport services of the Munich Transport Association (MVV).
  • Long-distance trains are not included in this offer.
  • The ticket is valid for journeys on the respective match day (0:01 hrs - 23:59 hrs).
  • To be valid as a ticket, the passenger's name must be on the ticket. If this is not the case, the ticket can be re-personalized in the online store.
  • Tickets for away games can be purchased via the contact form of EHC Fans on Tour: http://www.ehcfans-ontour.de/Home
  • Tickets for away games can also be purchased via the respective home team.
  • Coupons for tickets are only available online in our Ticket-Shop.

Buying tickets

You can buy tickets in our Online-Ticketshop.

The presale of our tickets usually starts 6-8 weeks before the respective event.

  • Tickets cannot be canceled or exchanged.
  • Tickets can be sold at any time via our ticket exchange.
  • Tickets can also be passed on to friends or acquaintances.

  • Entitlement to a discount for people with a degree of disability of 50 or more

The guest blocks (standing room) are blocks 009 to 011 and are marked as such. These can be purchased trough the usual booking channels.

Game days with specials

Ticket specials are only valid in our home areas and are not valid for the guest block.

  • Family tickets can be purchased for match days on Sundays.
  • The offer is valid for families with up to 2 adults and at least one child under the age of 14.
  • Our Student Hockey Nights take place on selected Fridays.
  • The ticket offer is valid for students and trainees over the age of 18.
  • For the ticket to be valid in our partner clubs, entry must be made before midnight.
  • After work match days take place on selected match days during the week.
  • The ticket offer can be used by groups of 5 or more people.

Ticket-Transfer

With Ticket Transfer, purchased day tickets or season tickets for a specific home game can be quickly and easily sent to friends, acquaintances or family members.

The desired ticket can be passed on both via our app and via the Ticket-Shop.

  1. App:
    • Go to the ticket wallet of our app and select the ticket you want to send under "My tickets".
    • Select the "Ticket weitergeben" button and follow the further instructions.
  2. Website:
    • Open the "My tickets" section in the Ticket-Shop.
    • Select the desired event for which tickets are to be passed on and click on the "Ticket Details" button.
    • Click on the drop-down menu in the ticket details and select "Ticket transfer". Then click on "Continue".
    • Finally, the desired ticket must be selected and the instructions of the Ticket-Shop followed.

The recipient of a ticket is informed by e-mail, which contains all the necessary information about the ticket transfer.

  • The sender of a ticket is informed by e-mail, if the ticket transfer is successful or canceled.
  • If the ticket transfer is successful, the ticket is automatically removed from the wallet and from Ticket-Shop. The QR code of the original ticket is also invalid.
  • If the ticket transfer is canceled, the original ticket remains valid.

Ticket exchange for sellers

  • Seating tickets for all games in the DEL main round can be purchased at the Ticket Exchange.
  • EHC Red Bull Munich reserves the right to make exceptions for individual games.
  • The sale of tickets can only be done online through the Ticket-Shop.
  • Log in to our Ticket-Shop. Important: This process do not work in our app.
  • Find the game under "My Tickets" for which the tickets are to be sold.
  • You can access the details and all tickets you own for the corresponding game by clicking on the "Ticket Info" button.
  • Afterwards, you have to select the action "Sell Tickets" from the drop-down menu and click on "Next".
  • Now you can select the desired ticket and follow the step-by-step instructions of the Ticket-Shop.

The withdrawal of the offer is only possible as long as your ticket has not been sold through the ticket exchange.

In general, all tickets that were purchased through the Ticket-Shop can be offered.

(Tickets from the guest area are excluded)

The credit will be credited no later than four weeks after the sale.

After a successful sale of the ticket, the seller will receive an email as information. The seller's ticket becomes invalid from that moment onwards.

Ticket exchange for buyers

As soon as tickets are offered on the ticket exchange, they will be displayed in the respective event in our Ticket-Shop.

  • The ticket prices of the respective event apply, plus a service fee of 15 percent.
  • Only full-price tickets can be purchased.
  • The ticket will be sent via email as a Print@Home ticket after successful purchase.
  • In addition, it will be displayed in the ticket wallet of our app after a successful purchase.
