Buying tickets
You can buy tickets in our Online-Ticketshop.
The presale of our tickets usually starts 6-8 weeks before the respective event.
- Tickets cannot be canceled or exchanged.
- Tickets can be sold at any time via our ticket exchange.
- Tickets can also be passed on to friends or acquaintances.

- Entitlement to a discount for people with a degree of disability of 50 or more
- Entitlement to one accompanying person free of charge if marked accordingly on the disabled person's pass

- Youths between the age of 14 and 17 inclusive
- Students and trainees (up to the age of 27)

- Season ticket holders of EC Red Bull Salzburg
- The corresponding discount verification must be presented to the security at the entrance and must be valid on the respective match day.
- After selecting the seat, the corresponding discount can be changed in the shopping cart via the selection field (Vollpreis).
- Please note that proof of discount will be checked upon entry to the arena.
- A maximum of 10 tickets per order can be booked in the Ticketonlineshop. EHC Red Bull München may set a different limit of tickets per customer for certain games.
- Group requests, for an order quantity of more than 10 tickets, can be made by telephone at: 089 3066910 0 or via e-mail at: service@redbullmuenchen.de.
Children´s tickets are available for children between the ages of 5 and 13 inclusive.
- Tickets cannot be purchased online for children under the age of five. Toddler tickets can only be purchased on site for €2.
- A toddler card does not require a seat.
- Your ticket will be sent by e-mail as a print@home ticket after you have completed your order.
- There is no postal delivery of normal ticket orders.
Our box office is only open from 2 hours before the game if the match is not sold out.
Accepted payment methods in the ticket online shop are credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal.
- Yes, registration and login are mandatory for the purchase of our tickets via the online store.
- For a smooth booking process, the registration or login should be completed in advance. Click HERE for your registration.
On our registration page of the Ticket-Shop, you will find a link "Forgot password" below the input field "Password". This link can be used to generate a new password.
Discounted tickets can be upgraded at our box office on the day of the match and in our Ticket-Shop.
How can I upgrade my Tickets online?
- Open the “My tickets” section in the Ticket-Shop
- Select the desired event for which do you want a ticket upgrade and click on the button “Ticket Details”
- Click on the drop down menu in the ticket details and select “Upgrade discounted tickets”. Then click on “Continue”.
- Finally, the desired ticket must be selected and the instructions of the Ticket-Shop followed.
- After completing the booking, you will receive the invoice and the tickets as print@home via e-mail. This can take up to 10 minutes.
- You can also view your ticket order under "My Tickets" or "Orders" in your customer account.
- Personalization is not relevant for entry to the arena.
- If the ticket is to be used as a ticket for local public transport, personalization is required.
- Log in to our online ticket shop.
- Select "Orders" and adjust the personalization of your desired ticket.
- Via the "Tickets Details" under "My Tickets" you can reopen your ticket as a print@home (PDF file) with changed personalization via the selection field.
