Where can I find the ticket exchange?
As soon as tickets are offered on the ticket exchange, they will be displayed in the respective event in our Ticket-Shop.
What are the fees for purchasing secondary market tickets via the RBM TicketShop?
- The ticket prices of the respective event apply, plus a service fee of 15 percent.
- Only full-price tickets can be purchased.
As a buyer, how do I receive my purchased ticket?
- The ticket will be sent via email as a Print@Home ticket after successful purchase.
- In addition, it will be displayed in the ticket wallet of our app after a successful purchase.
